I don't focus exclusively on the physical body. I believe people are whole beings—body, soul, and spirit. My approach brings together natural wellness education, body-mind connection, emotional and identity work, prayer, and Christian spiritual principles.
A Truth Session is an individual session designed to help you explore the connections between your physical experiences, emotions, beliefs, identity, and spiritual life. Sessions may incorporate prayer, body-mind awareness, parts work, identity work, emotional exploration, and natural wellness education. You can choose 1 hour or 1.5 hour sessions.
No. I am not a medical doctor or physician. I am a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor through Trinity School of Natural Health and provide alternative wellness education and spiritual guidance.
No. I am not a licensed counselor, therapist, or mental-health provider. My work is not psychotherapy or counseling. It is along the lines of Spiritual Direction and discernment prayer.
No. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My work is educational and complementary in nature and is not intended to replace appropriate medical care.
Absolutely not. Medication decisions should be made with the healthcare professional who prescribed them.
Yes. Prayer is an important part of my work, and clients who choose to work with me should be comfortable with a Christian, prayer-centered approach.
My work is explicitly Christian and centered around God, Scripture, prayer, and the person of Jesus Christ. You do not need to have everything figured out spiritually to begin a conversation, but you should be comfortable exploring your life through this framework.
I use the term to describe prayer-based ministry focused on helping people recognize and renounce spiritual influences, lies, bondage, and patterns that they believe are inconsistent with God's truth and freedom.
No one can take the place of your relationship with God. I can support you as you learn to experience and hear God. I will pray with you, help you examine beliefs and experiences through Scripture, and encourage you to seek God's direction. I do not claim to speak for God or make prophetic decisions on your behalf.
Parts work is a way of understanding the different responses, protective patterns, emotions, and internal experiences that can develop within us. Rather than judging these experiences, we can become curious about what they are trying to protect and bring them into greater alignment with truth.
Elements of IFS and parts work may inform our sessions, but I am not formally trained in IFS. I use these concepts as tools within my broader approach rather than presenting myself as an IFS therapist. I have my own ways of interacting and supporting protective and hurting parts.
Identity work explores the beliefs and stories we carry about ourselves—who we believe we are, what we believe we're worth, what we believe we can expect from others, and what we believe God says about us.
We can approach your story gently and at your pace. My work is not trauma psychotherapy, and significant trauma or mental-health concerns may require a licensed mental-health professional. I can provide spiritual support and wellness education alongside appropriate professional care. I have worked with people with Dissociative Identity Disorder and people who have been in cults and Satanic Ritually Abused and they are also under the care of licensed mental health professionals.
Qest Bioenergy Scans are an alternative wellness assessment tool that I use to explore patterns within a person's bioenergetic system. They are not a medical diagnostic test and should not be used as a substitute for laboratory testing or medical evaluation.
No. A bioenergy scan should not be used to diagnose disease or replace medically appropriate testing.
When appropriate, I may provide education about natural wellness practices and supplements. Recommendations are individualized rather than assuming everyone needs the same protocol.
No. That's one of the things that makes my approach different. I look at the whole person—body, soul, and spirit.
There isn't a universal number. Some people come for a specific issue, while others choose to work through several areas over time.
Yes. I have worked with people all over the world.
I'd love to hear from you. Whether you're exploring new possibilities, have a question, or simply want to connect, don't hesitate to get in touch.
